This week Year 3 really enjoyed learning about shadows and how they are made during our science lesson.
DT- product taste testing
Year 3 have had a fantastic afternoon learning how to evaluate food products which are already on the market. We thought carefully about each product’s appearance, aroma, texture and taste.
World Book Day- 3rd March
What a fantastic day Year 3 had on Thursday this week. It was World Book Day and we loved using the book ‘Here We Are’ by Oliver Jeffers to support our reading, writing and art learning. We also had the chance to spend some time with our classes reading in the school library. The book swaps were a huge success, so thank you, parents, for your support there. Finally we ended the day with teachers moving classes to read their favourite books- Miss Biggadyke went to class 7 and Miss Gaunt read with class 8.b
